PelicanStrategy Engenharia is the commercial designation of the work carried out by the civil engineer Ricardo Aleixo Marcos.

Ricardo Aleixo Marcos has a degree in Civil Engineering from UAlg (University of the Algarve) and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Assets from ISEL (Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa), among other training courses and seminars where he was present, namely in the area of construction, thermal and acoustics.

He has in his curriculum the experience of Professor, invited by the ISE-UAlg (Instituto Superior de Engenharia, Universidade do Algarve).

He is a member of the OE (Portuguese Engineers Main association), ANAI (National Association of Real Estate Appraisers). He is also registered with the CMVM (Portuguese Securities Market Commission) as an Appraiser Expert.

PelicanStrategy Engenharia also develops some works in partnership with qualified and professional technicians in some areas whenever necessary.
